Ross Cascio is a Krav Maga Worldwide certified Expert 1 level self-defense, fitness, and fight instructor who teaches and trains at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Centers in Los Angeles.
Born and raised in Virginia, Ross graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Health Assessment and Promotion and moved to Los Angeles in 1998. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Ross began training in Krav Maga at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Center in West L.A. and was eventually invited into the Instructor Training Program.
Ross is a lead instructor with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. He also serves as the Executive Director of Marketing for Krav Maga Worldwide and holds a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Ross lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Lauren, and their beloved dog, Oliver.
Tina Angelotti is the director and developer of Krav Maga Worldwide's fitness programs. She has been teaching Krav Maga self-defense, KM Bag classes, strength and conditioning classes, and mobility classes at Krav Maga Worldwide's HQ Training Centers in Los Angeles for over 22 years and has been an integral part of the growth of Krav Maga.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Tina realized her passion for movement at a young age. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Tina’s holds a degree in Kinesiology specializing in exercise science, and her extensive background in the study of human movement and performance makes it possible for her students to learn something new in every class. A combination of functional strength training, breathing, stretching, and Krav Maga combatives makes her classes well-rounded, challenging, interesting, and fun. These classes are like no other! In addition to teaching at Krav Maga, Tina has a private coaching business where she teaches and guides her clients toward reaching their health and fitness goals. Tina provides her students with an intelligent way to train with intensity.
Gabe Khorramian has been teaching Krav Maga and fitness classes for over 20 years. He is a Krav Maga Worldwide certified 3rd Degree Black Belt instructor. In addition to teaching men and women, Gabe is a lead instructor for the Krav Maga Kids program. Walk into the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ training center most days of the week and you’ll see men and women kicking, punching, sweating, and having a blast while getting in shape to one of Gabe’s KM Bag classes, which he’s been teaching since 2004.
