Welcome to Krav Maga’s fitness bag classes! Join Ross Cascio, Tina Angelotti, and Gabriel Khorramian as they lead you through intense workouts designed to perfect your self-defense techniques and work up a sweat while doing so. Each lesson follows a different workout plan tailored to focusing on a particular skill and muscle group. Though every instructor brings something new to their lesson, each workout centers around the use of a bag in order to ensure you practice your forms and techniques. Take control of your safety and get more fit while doing so.

Tina Bag Class 2

Tina Angelotti leads you through fundamental striking combinations with kicks, intended to work your power and explosiveness.

Gabriel Bag Class 1

Beginning with some basic footwork and striking drills, Gabriel incrementally adds kicks into each combo to challenge you and ensure your self-defense arsenal is as versatile as possible.

Gabriel Bag Class 2

Gabriel Khorramian leads you through a high-intensity workout with drills focused on scenarios in which your attacker catches you off guard.

Lead Instructors

Ross Cascio

Ross Cascio is a Krav Maga Worldwide certified Expert 1 level self-defense, fitness, and fight instructor who teaches and trains at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Centers in Los Angeles.

Born and raised in Virginia, Ross graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Health Assessment and Promotion and moved to Los Angeles in 1998. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Ross began training in Krav Maga at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Center in West L.A. and was eventually invited into the Instructor Training Program.

Ross is a lead instructor with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. He also serves as the Executive Director of Marketing for Krav Maga Worldwide and holds a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Ross lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Lauren, and their beloved dog, Oliver.

Tina Angelotti

Tina Angelotti is the director and developer of Krav Maga Worldwide's fitness programs. She has been teaching Krav Maga self-defense, KM Bag classes, strength and conditioning classes, and mobility classes at Krav Maga Worldwide's HQ Training Centers in Los Angeles for over 22 years and has been an integral part of the growth of Krav Maga.

Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Tina realized her passion for movement at a young age. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Tina’s holds a degree in Kinesiology specializing in exercise science, and her extensive background in the study of human movement and performance makes it possible for her students to learn something new in every class. A combination of functional strength training, breathing, stretching, and Krav Maga combatives makes her classes well-rounded, challenging, interesting, and fun. These classes are like no other! In addition to teaching at Krav Maga, Tina has a private coaching business where she teaches and guides her clients toward reaching their health and fitness goals. Tina provides her students with an intelligent way to train with intensity.

Gabriel Khorramian

Gabe Khorramian has been teaching Krav Maga and fitness classes for over 20 years. He is a Krav Maga Worldwide certified 3rd Degree Black Belt instructor. In addition to teaching men and women, Gabe is a lead instructor for the Krav Maga Kids program. Walk into the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ training center most days of the week and you’ll see men and women kicking, punching, sweating, and having a blast while getting in shape to one of Gabe’s KM Bag classes, which he’s been teaching since 2004.
